Zallys JACK is a 3-wheel ride-on electric tow tractor designed to optimize in-plant flows. It combines personnel transport, towing and moving goods, and support for maintenance and inspection tasks—ideal for environments ranging from hospitals and factories to airports, warehouses, greenhouses, and workshops.
The low step-on platform lets operators get on and off quickly in an ergonomic way. JACK has a payload capacity of 1,102 lb and can tow up to 3,307 lb on flat ground.
On request, JACK can be certified ATEX and IECEx through accredited third-party bodies for use in hazardous areas. Like all Zallys vehicles, it is high-quality Made in Italy equipment, CE-certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor is adjustable across 5 levels, allowing you to tailor operation to the task at hand. The so-called Flex-to-go system is designed to perform maneuvers in fewer passes by reducing speed in tight spaces and to cover long distances faster by accelerating on straightaways.
At each level, the machine’s speed increases by 20% according to the following curve:
Level 1: 20% speed;
Level 2: 40% speed;
Level 3: 60% speed;
Level 4: 80% speed;
Level 5: maximum speed;

The right speed for every task
The Zallys battery charger delivers reliable, high-quality charging. Thanks to PFC technology (Power Factor Correction), it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current spikes.
It is also multi-voltage, adapting to either 110V or 220V power supply, and features float charging technology, which is essential for maintaining battery performance during long periods of inactivity.

On the ergonomic, user-friendly handlebar of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tug, you will find the controls and control panel, with everything within easy reach:

Ergonomic steering
This model comes standard with four 240 Ah batteries, providing the machine with an 8-hour runtime under continuous operation.
The batteries are sealed AGM, so they require no maintenance.

Visibility in any conditions
The Zallys JACK industrial tow tractor comes standard with front and rear LED lights to ensure maximum visibility—even in low-light areas. Additional position lights are available as accessories.
Maximum operator safety
On the platform of the Zallys JACK industrial tow tractor, two pedals are installed for safer operation:
Dead-man (presence) pedal to prevent sudden, potentially dangerous movements when the machine isn’t in use;
Pedal for the mechanical brake in case of emergency.
