The customer’s need:
The customer needed an indoor-capable vehicle to speed up movement for cleaning staff at Vienna Airport.
Our solution:
The Zallys JACK 3-wheel electric ride-on tow tractor is the perfect solution for getting around the airport: thanks to its zero-emissions electric motor it can be used indoors, and a custom-built bin was mounted on the load platform to keep all equipment within easy reach at all times.
Zallys M9 for parking helicopters
The customer’s need:
The customer needed to move helicopters smoothly and precisely from the landing areas to the various hangars.
Our solution:
Moving helicopters after they land is certainly a complex task due to their weight and size, but with the Zallys M9 electric tugger the customer can park helicopters precisely and quickly.
Zallys M9 – Cochin Airport – India
The customer’s need:
The customer wanted a system to move an entire row of baggage carts at Cochin Airport in India with a single operator.
Our solution:
The Zallys M9 electric tugger with remote control is our solution: by positioning it at the front of the row and operating it from the other side with the remote control, a single operator can move up to 40 baggage carts at a time, averaging 200 per hour.
Electric tug for moving small aircraft
Due to their large size, repositioning aircraft and placing them in hangars is often not an easy task, but with the Zallys M9 electric tug, the operator can handle aircraft with extreme ease and precision, while also speeding up the work.
Electric mover inside the airport
Thanks to the remote-control operation of the Zallys M12 vertical tug, the operator can move and precisely position up to 20 baggage carts at a time, alone and effortlessly, bringing a significant improvement to airport organization.
Handling containers for transport by air
Thanks to its ability to tow up to 8,818 lb, the Zallys M5 electric tug meets the customer’s need to move multiple containers simultaneously with a compact, easy-to-maneuver machine. In addition, it was customized with “safety yellow” paint.

How long is the warranty on Zallys products?

Can Zallys vehicles be used on sloped terrain?
Most models in the Zallys range can handle inclines. For more details, please refer to the technical datasheet for the specific model.
What type of flooring can Zallys products be used on?
Most Zallys electric vehicles are fitted with pneumatic tires suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Some models, such as the DUMPER-JET electric wheelbarrow, feature tires designed for uneven terrain, while others—such as the K4 electric tractor or the M15 battery-powered cart—are intended primarily for indoor use and therefore come with non-marking, solid superelastic tires suitable for industrial floors.
