How long is the warranty on Zallys products?
The warranty is valid worldwide for 12 months from the delivery date confirmed by a fiscal document, excluding wear parts. For more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I add additional accessories if I can’t find the right one among the standard options?
We always recommend installing accessories designed and manufactured by Zallys because, through testing and validation, we can ensure full compatibility with the machines and therefore maximum safety. We can’t guarantee compatibility with third-party accessories.

Are accessories included with the machine?
No. Accessories can be selected during the machine configuration phase based on your specific application requirements.
