FAQ

Where are Zallys electric vehicles designed and manufactured?

Zallys’ registered and operating headquarters—where all our electric machines and accessories are designed and developed—is located in Italy, specifically in Sarcedo, in the province of Vicenza. Zallys is a proud representative of Made in Italy quality and design.

What are the main advantages of Zallys electric vehicles?

Zallys electric vehicles combine ruggedness, versatility, safety, and ergonomics. They’re engineered to boost efficiency in heavy-load material handling across industrial sectors, and they can be integrated with existing fixed systems to perform operations in areas those systems can’t reach. In addition, using Zallys vehicles helps prevent injuries and work-related disorders linked to manual material handling.

What safety features do Zallys tugs offer?

From the earliest stages of product design, safety is the first factor we consider. All Zallys electric vehicles are equipped with an operator-presence sensor, hold-to-run controls, an electric brake that remains engaged when no power is supplied, an emergency stop handle, and an audible warning device. In addition:

  • tiller-steered vehicles feature an anti-crush button on the control head;

  • electric wheelbarrows have hand guards on both handlebars.

In addition to these safety devices included in the standard machine configuration, you can add—depending on the model—flashing beacons or signal lights, protective guards, or intermittent buzzers.

How is maintenance handled for Zallys electric vehicles?

Maintenance is relatively simple and can be carried out easily. We recommend following the guidelines in the user manual and scheduling routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and long-term durability.
