The customer’s need:
The customer was looking for a compact ride-on vehicle with good towing capacity to implement a “milk run” system in production processes.
Our solution:
With the Zallys JACK 3-wheel electric ride-on tow tractor, the operator can collect carts and materials from multiple production areas and bring them together to the warehouse in a single trip, applying the “milk run” system and taking the company’s efficiency to the next level.

The customer needed a reliable machine to move really heavy and long film coils along the production areas with precision.

The Zallys M12 electric tugger is ideal for handling light loads and can push carts up to 3,307 lb. In addition, its unique vertical design makes it much more compact than traditional machines—a key advantage on production lines.

To speed up and, above all, make safer the handling of heavy coil carts from the production area to the warehouse, the customer added a Zallys M5 electric tug, eliminating manual handling.
